This candidate will perform bookkeeping, clerical, and some administrative work relating to the accounts payable system. Work involves processing, distribution and maintenance of invoices. Work involves communication both verbal/written with internal and external contacts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with opening U.S. mail and truck mail for the General Accounting department.
Receive and verify invoices/check requests for goods and services.
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Assist with the preparation of invoices for scanning.
Apply needed indexes to invoices within RVI imaging solution for routing of workflow.
Data entry invoices thru Microsoft Dynamics-AX payable system for payment - Accuracy and speed are factors
Operate all office equipment.
Other duties as assigned by Manager
